A leading distributor of engineering products in Oldbury is seeking a motivated Commercial Buyer to join their Commercial Team. The role requires expertise in Excel and Microsoft 365 for data analysis and reporting. You will support supplier meetings and may lead certain accounts, making this an ideal position for detail-oriented professionals. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Commercial Director and the Commercial Team.
- Conduct research and prepare for supplier meetings.
- Lead discussions on supplier accounts when confident.

As our Commercial Buyer you will be part of a Team of three. Reporting to and working very closely with the Commercial Director.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives from being “in the detail” of everything.
You’ll need to be an expert in Excel, running reports, using pivot tables and analysing large data sets. A strong proficiency across the full suite of Microsoft 365 products is critical for this role.
A typical day might include supporting with supplier meetings, or where confident, too, leading on certain accounts.
