Job summary

A leading automotive retailer in Theale is seeking a Used Car Buyer to source and purchase Porsche vehicles. This role requires a proven track record in vehicle purchasing, strong negotiation skills, and extensive knowledge of the used car market. The ideal candidate will work closely with Centre managers to ensure optimal stock levels and profitability. A basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £80,000 per annum and various employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Used Car Buyer or similar role in franchised automotive.
• Strong knowledge of the used car market and pricing.
• Ability to appraise vehicles based on condition and desirability.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase Porsche vehicles via trade and private channels.
• Build relationships with Centre Used Car Manager for purchase leads.
• Accurately appraise vehicles considering market desirability.
• Track competitor pricing and market shifts.
