Head of Asset and Estate Management

Location: Manchester

Cobalt have partnered with a highly respected property organisation seeking a senior asset management professional to lead a diverse portfolio.

This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver asset strategies across a complex and evolving portfolio, with a strong focus on long-term value creation, income , and future development potential. The successful candidate will oversee lettings, lease events, valuations, acquisitions, compliance, and team leadership.

You’ll bring extensive asset management experience, strong financial and leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive performance and unlock value.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in commercial estate asset management.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly in H&S across complex land portfolios.
• Financially astute, with experience in asset valuation, acquisition, and revenue management.
• RICS or equivalent professional accreditation.
