A leading asset management firm based in London is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee residential and student accommodation investments across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in asset management, strong financial modelling skills, and the ability to drive performance strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Occasional travel within the UK and Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate asset management.
• Proven track record in driving asset performance.
• Detail-oriented with strong experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized in managing capital projects and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and student accommodation investments.
• Take ownership of assigned investments and lead execution of business plans.
• Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and update financial model projections.
• Deliver quarterly reporting to Portfolio Management and Finance teams.
