Job summary
A leading assessment provider in Ballymena is seeking a Functional Assessor (WCA) to conduct assessments and produce evidence-based reports. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, or similar. The role includes flexible hours and a competitive salary ranging from £38,500 to £39,500 with significant overtime bonuses available. - One year's post-registration experience as a Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic or doctor.
- Based in NI, Wales, or the Midlands of the UK.
Responsibilities
- Conduct paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments.
- Write clear, evidence-based reports (400-500 words), 5 per day + optional overtime.
- Provide detailed justifications to support NIDFC decisions.

- £50 per case
- £200 bonus for completing 10 additional cases in a month period – earn an extra £700
