What the Role Involves

As a Claims Assessor, reporting to a Claims Team Lead, you will:

  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling a variety of niche insurance claims
  • Assess claims efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Manage incoming customer calls professionally and effectively
  • Respond to customer queries via email
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of products, terms & conditions, and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively identify risks and trends, suggesting improvements to enhance the customer journey
  • Support the wider Claims Team with ad hoc duties as required
