• Assessor qualification is essential or willingness to work towards it.
• Relevant industry qualifications to at least level 3 required.
• Experience in further education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Train and Assess learners up to Level 3 in various settings.
• Support learner progress through assessments.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children.

Skills

Assessor qualification (TAQA / A1 or equivalent)

Industry relevant qualifications to a minimum of a level 3

Knowledge of awarding body standards

Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion

Experience in further education

Up-to-date occupational experience
