South Central Hybrid (covering South Central England such as Reading, Oxford, Luton, Bath, Bristol; other locations considered)

Salary

From £26,500 + £4,500 car allowance (higher for qualified IQAs)

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health & Social Care Tutor / Assessor to deliver high‑quality teaching, learning, and assessment to adult learners enrolled on Health and Social Care qualifications up to and including Level 5.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote delivery with occasional face‑to‑face visits depending on learner needs and location. Tutors will typically meet learners face‑to‑face up to three times per month (or if further a field twice per programme individualised on induction), with all other sessions conducted remotely via Teams.

You will be responsible for supporting learners through every stage of their qualification, ensuring an engaging, supportive, and compliant learning experience that drives achievement and personal growth.

Qualified IQAs will be considered for £27,500 starting + car allowance.
