Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £38k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a multi‑disciplined environmental company who specialise in Legionella / Water Hygiene Management services. They are now looking to take on Legionella Risk Assessor to join their established team in the Midlands region. You will be working on Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites undertaking legionella risk assessments in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer cross training into other compliance sectors, competitive holiday allowance, company pension scheme and company vehicle.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Solihull, Birmingham, Worcester, Warwick, West Bromwich, Walsall, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coalville, Burton upon Trent, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Telford, Derby, Beeston, Nottingham, Loughborough, Leicester, Market Harborough, Corby, Melton Mowbray.

• Must hold the City and Guilds/WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
• Will have excellent practical knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Experience working for a leading Legionella / Water Hygiene Management company.
• Able to communicate efficiently.
• Working in line with company and client needs.

• Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold‑water systems on a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Working from and creating site specific schematic drawings.
• Using site findings to produce detailed legionella reports.
• Creating site specific legionella management plans, ensuring clients implement actions required.
• Working in line with HSG 274 guidelines.
• Liaising with clients and providing in‑depth technical advice.
