Overview

Our client is a well-established water treatment/water hygiene company providing various professional and quality services to clients nationwide. Due to continued success they are now recruiting an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Warrington area. Applications from Northwich, Wigan, Runcorn, St Helens and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor within the water treatment/water hygiene industry.
• Must have attended an approved Legionella Risk Assessment course, City & Guilds or WMS or undertaken internal training courses.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft office package.
• A good working knowledge of the water industry regulations/procedures.

Role

• Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments.
• Compiling schematic drawings and producing final documents and reports for clients.
• Providing recommendations and quotations for remedial works routine control measures through to quotations, and carrying out work based on the risk assessments.
• Monthly temperature testing and water sampling, surveying of water systems and supplies as per ACOP L8.
• Work to be completed in accordance with the company’s procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
• Liaising with clients/customers on a regular basis and attending meetings when required.
• Build and maintain a professional working relationship with.
