• Differentiating content to support every child’s progress

• Nurturing pupils' confidence, creativity, and wellbeing
• Using assessment to guide and celebrate success

• A qualified teacher (ECTs welcome!)
• A positive, can-do attitude and love for working with children
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
