Are you passionate about inspiring young minds in the field of science? Equal Education Partners are recruiting on behalf of a local secondary school in Aberystwyth, which is looking for a Supply Science Teacher to join their vibrant team on a temporary basis.

Our client is a renowned educational institution committed to academic excellence. Located in Aberystwyth, the school fosters a nurturing environment where learners thrive in both their education and personal growth.

Requirements

• Teach engaging and innovative lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in alignment with the national curriculum.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and delivery within the Science department.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Consider applying if you are a secondary teacher of other subjects.

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Has experience or a strong interest in teaching Science.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Is committed to the wellbeing and success of every learner.
• Has valid UK Right to Work.
• Possesses an Enhanced DBS check, or is willing to have one processed.
• Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales, or is willing to register.
