Our client is a leading provider of fitness and wellness services, committed to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and exceptional customer service.
Level 3 PT's required on a self employed basis. Floor Rent Charge £375.
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of clients.
- Conduct one‑on‑one and group training sessions, ensuring clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide clients with guidance on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and injury prevention.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in fitness techniques and technologies.
- Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere to encourage client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist in promoting fitness programs and services to attract new clients.
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., CIMSPA).
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various fitness techniques and exercises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
