We’re Gaxos Labs — a fast-growing company building B2C AI tools (Utilities, Entertainment, Creativity). Our products include UnGPT.ai (AI text humanizer for creators) and Art-Gen.ai (AI image generator).

We’re looking for a Product Analyst with subscription-product experience — someone who knows how to build analytics from the ground up and turn user data into clear business decisions.

What you’ll do
  • Build and maintain analytics architecture: events, dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and attribution systems.
  • Create dashboards from scratch (Mixpanel / Amplitude, Tableau) and ensure they stay accurate and usable.
  • Analyze subscription metrics: LTV, CAC, churn, retention, payback, ARPU, cohort behavior.
  • Automate recurring analytics, pipelines, and reporting processes.
  • Set up and evaluate A/B tests end-to-end.
  • Work closely with product & marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and uncover bottlenecks.
What we expect
  • Experience working with subscription-based products (a big plus).
  • Hands-on experience building analytics systems — not just using prebuilt dashboards.
  • Strong grasp of product & marketing analytics (LTV/CAC, attribution, funnels).
  • 2+ years in product analytics.
  • Solid SQL skills (1+ year practicing).
  • Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude, plus Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and push data-driven decisions.
