Job summary
A leading facilities management firm is seeking a qualified AC Engineer to join their mobile team in Coventry. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £42k per annum and promotes progression and training. Responsibilities include Planned Preventative Maintenance, emergency tasks, and overseeing subcontractors. Eligible candidates should hold F-Gas certification and Nvq level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete paperwork.
- Handle Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks.
- Provide out of hours cover on a call out rota.
- Oversee subcontractors regarding standard of work and Health and Safety.
- Assist on other properties as needed.
