This role involves ensuring compliance of raw materials and fresh produce, while also auditing suppliers and farms both nationally and internationally. Supplying an exciting portfolio of Fresh Produce products to the UK retail market, we are seeking a Technical Food Graduate to join the business in a newly created and exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Technical Manager and take ownership of allocated product categories to ensure raw materials / fresh produce products meet all compliance requirements of the end customer.
• National and international travel to audit suppliers, packhouses and farms worldwide.

Qualifications

• Food Science / Food Technology / Agriculture Graduate with a placement year in industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Auditing, Food Safety would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
