We are looking for a Vehicle Mechanic to work in our HGV Garage facility at Watton, Norfolk. This role is permanent full time working Monday - Friday between 07:30 and 17:00 and Saturday mornings as required. We are open to candidates of all experience levels.

• Carry out inspections, maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation of our fleet of HGV vehicles to DVSA standard.
• Complete relevant paperwork and work to tight deadlines in a busy garage environment.
• Assist the team in maintaining and repairing other vehicles and equipment including cars, agricultural machinery, etc.
• Be motivated, flexible and communicate effectively as part of an established small team.

• Experience in vehicle mechanics coupled with a relevant qualification. Semi-Skilled or Car/Agricultural/Plant trained is an advantage, but other mechanical skills will be considered and training can be given to the right person if necessary.
• HGV class 1 or 2 license is desirable but not necessary; training can be supported as part of career progression if wanted.

• Rate of Pay - Up to £18.12 per hour, depending on experience
• Salary inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
