I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading technology client for a Professional Services Engineer who will play a key role in deploying contact centre solutions with a strong focus on AI driven solutions deployment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, running workshops, delivering innovative projects who has an interest in learning more about Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
You’ll be responsible for configuring, deploying, and commissioning advanced applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
