A material handling company in Kidderminster is seeking a Service Manager to oversee a team of field-based engineers across the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have service management experience, preferably within the material handling or related industries. Responsibilities include managing the engineering team, maintaining customer service, and on-boarding new staff. Offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits including a company car, bonus, and 21 days holiday plus statutory leave.
Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established, expanding material handling company, looking bring on a new Service Manager to oversee their field-based engineers and service staff across the West Midlands. The company are open to a number of profiles for applicants. If you have service management experience within the material handling industry, this would be ideal but not essential. They would also consider applicants with service management experience within a related industry such as automotive, commercial vehicles, agriculture equipment, plant hire or powered access. Another option would be an experienced Service Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. In terms of location, you will need to be based within commutable distance Worcestershire.
The company are a rapidly growing provider of forklift trucks and numerous other material handling equipment to include sweepers, pallet trucks, service contracts and storage systems.
