Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our General Manager and wider team with a blend of marketing, administrative, and customer service tasks. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic agribusiness, playing a key role in both daily operations and long-term brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including data entry and document handling.
  • Handle customer enquiries and process orders via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of digital marketing content across social media platforms.
  • Design and update marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records with intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Assist with general office duties and provide backup support as needed.
  • Assist with website improvements and ongoing updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Exposure to financial or inventory management software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar).
  • An interest in or understanding of broadacre farming practices is advantageous.

Hours & Location

Commitment to on-site part time hours of 3 days per week, Monday - Wednesday starting January 2026 and open to the potential of increased hours in the future.
