As a Field Marketing Executive, you'll be the brand's face within your territory, visiting a variety of retailers each day. Your mission will be to maximise product visibility, ensure promotional compliance, and drive sales performance through excellent execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with store managers and decision makers.
- Actively merchandising to secure prime shelf space.
- Negotiating secondary displays and promotional opportunities.
- Increasing product distribution and availability.
- Providing valuable market insights to the wider team.
- Completing reporting and administration accurately and on time.
We're looking for individuals who are confident, professional, and results-driven.
You will need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- To live within, or be able to travel easily across, Tonbridge (TN9).
- Previous experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach.
£25,000 per annum depending on expirience
