A global fintech firm based in London is looking for a Product Lead for ALM & Treasury Systems to oversee the complete ALM process. This role requires a visionary who can translate complex financial requirements into a scalable technology roadmap. Key responsibilities include defining domain strategy, leading system integration, and building frameworks for real-time liquidity management. Candidates should have extensive experience in ALM within the fintech sector, a firm grasp of FX exposure management, and the ability to challenge and transform existing methodologies. Competitive salary and hybrid working model provided.
Ebury is a global fintech firm dedicated to empowering businesses to expand internationally through tailored and forward-thinking financial solutions. Since our founding in 2009, we've grown to a diverse team of over 1,700 professionals across 40+ offices and 29+ markets worldwide. Joining Ebury means becoming part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your contributions are valued. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of cross-border finance, while advancing your own career in a dynamic, high-growth industry.
At Ebury, we are scaling rapidly. To support this growth, we are evolving our Asset and Liability Management (ALM) from manual oversight to a sophisticated, automated ecosystem. We need a visionary leader to bridge the gap between high-level financial strategy and technical execution.
Currently, our Treasury and Accounting leads are focused on the daily pulse of the business. We need you to be the architect of the future‑challenging existing processes, defining the long‑term systems strategy, and ensuring our FX exposure and liquidity are managed with world‑class precision.
As the Product Lead for ALM, you will own the domain end‑to‑end. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are defining how Ebury understands its balance sheet. You will translate complex financial requirements into a scalable technology roadmap, ensuring our transactional systems flow seamlessly into our financial reporting platforms.
