How you'll make an impact

As a Pension Actuarial Consultant, you will play a key role in our success by:

  • Preparing and coordinating letters and reports with minimal direction.
  • Leading actuarial valuations and special projects, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
  • Speaking publicly at client meetings and supporting the implementation of new services.
  • Crafting proposals and delivering proactive consulting services.
  • Achieving billable hours targets while ensuring timely, high-quality work.
  • Analyzing client needs to provide customized solutions.
  • Building and encouraging client relationships to deliver competitive services.
  • Collaborating across business lines and mentoring junior staff.

About you

We are looking for a talented individual with substantial experience in actuarial consultancy and excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and complete tasks within deadlines, demonstrating strong numeracy and literacy skills. You should be proactive, a great teammate, and possess outstanding attention to detail. Being computer literate and having proven management skills are essential. FIA/FFA qualification is required, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
