Job summary

A financial services syndicate in London is seeking a Lead Capital Actuary to oversee capital management and strategic initiatives. As the most senior member of the team, you will lead junior actuaries and report directly to the CRO. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Lloyd's Capital along with management or mentoring experience. This opportunity allows for professional growth and advancement into a Head of Capital position.

Role Overview

We are working with an ambitious syndicate who are seeking a Lead Capital Actuary to join their team in London. This position reports into the CRO, who comes from an actuarial background, and will be the most senior member in the team so will be leading the more junior members with a route into Head of Capital.

  • Strategic and diverse role that will help with company wide strategic initiatives, capital management, outbound reinsurance purchasing, and developing the capital model.
