Overview

Office Administrator Contract 3 months

Salary: 24570 (pro rata to 3 months) per annum plus company benefits

Location: Leeds

Contract: Full Time Fixed Term Contract

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Work model: Fully onsite

Williams Lea seeks an Office Assistant to join our team on a 3 month contract

Purpose of role

The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the Office Manager.

Key responsibilities
  • Mail collection from satellite areas
  • Deal with priority mail services Special & Recorded delivery
  • Dealing with couriers & hand deliveries
  • Dealing with day to day requirements from Office Services team including stationery stock control replacing toners and printer consumables as required
  • General maintenance of photocopiers / Office Services equipment
  • Assist with the moving and transportation of boxes and files around the office
  • Photocopying / Printing / scanning
  • Archiving of files (batching / barcoding & using external site to send files away
Personal attributes
  • Previous experience in administration would be helpful
  • IT skills knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Outstanding customer service skills
