Job summary
A boutique accountancy firm in London is seeking an In-House Bookkeeper to manage financial operations for a major entertainment agency client. This hands-on role requires 3-5+ years of bookkeeping experience and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. The right candidate will work closely with both the firm and the client, maintaining financial records, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring smooth cash flow operations. Qualifications
- 3-5+ years' bookkeeping experience within practice or industry.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build trust with creatives and agents.
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and data matching.
- QuickBooks proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Act as co-accountant for a major entertainment agency client.
- Complete daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements.
- Process, code and authorize payments accurately and quickly.
- Maintain consistent financial records across multiple systems.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs.
- Support project-based accounting linked to entertainment campaigns.
