Description

• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual budgets
• Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
• Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
• Assist with preparation for annual audits
• Coordinate with the accounting & finance department to streamline vendor payment processes and improve the financial health of the company
• Work closely with the retail business operations team to support financial decisions
• Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance regulations
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
