Job summary
A prestigious educational institution is seeking a candidate for a fixed-term position within their Finance Team in Cambridge. The role involves financial planning, advising management, and ensuring adherence to university financial policies. Ideal candidates should have experience in budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to adapt to automated financial processes. A salary range of £35,608 to £46,049 per annum is offered, with potential for secondments from current university roles.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning experience to assist the Finance Manager with building the rolling five-year plan.
- Ability to provide effective advice to Management and key stakeholders.
- Experience with budgets and forecasting within timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial operations and reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to the University's financial regulations and policies.
- Adapt to new automated processes in the Finance Team.
