Overview

We're seeking a Volunteer Manager to lead the recruitment, coordination, and support of volunteers at The Hub @ Toothill, ensuring they feel motivated, engaged, and valued in bringing our community project to life.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, support, and develop volunteers, acting as the main point of contact for their needs, fostering engagement, and ensuring smooth operations across the project.
  • Recruit, onboard, and induct new volunteers.
  • Coordinate volunteer schedules and maintain clear communication.
  • Provide guidance, support, and ongoing development for volunteers.
  • Monitor engagement, provide feedback, and foster a positive volunteer experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for volunteers and support their needs within the project.
  • Ensure activities align with safeguarding and inclusivity principles.

  • Estimated time needed: 1-3 hours / week, 3-7 hours / week, or 7-15 hours / week. Ideally one day a week or two half days, however we are flexible for less or more hours.
