A leading healthcare provider in Bolton is seeking a motivated administrator to support the 24/7 crisis helpline and NHS 111 Mental Health Dial 2. The purpose of this post is to provide a comprehensive administrative service across the 24/7 All Age Trust Crisis Helpline/NHS 111 Mental Health Dial 2 and GM MHUT.
Please note – This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.
Provide an array of administrative to the wider Emergency and Urgent Care teams, 24/7 All ages Crisis Helpline Team and the NHS 111 Option 2 service – this includes typing of letters and reports, ensuring data is accurate and updated as required, utilizing skill for any ad‑hoc requests from the team, maintaining administration duties, using the NHS System Paris and prioritising workload, competent in using Microsoft office to produce documents, photocopying, filing, organising and minuting meetings, stationery stock control and ordering on Supplychian, Integra etc as required, support the management by using the NHS.
