About Our Client

My client is a leading specialist within the Healthcare industry.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compliance support by sending, chasing, and filing contracts. Upload billing and client data to the internal system and support other compliance areas within the commercial team.
  • Organise company events, manage logistics for attendance at industry events, and handle invitations, hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation for conferences.
  • Work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to input prospective client leads into the CRM system, send quotes and terms & conditions, and follow up with clients.
  • Coordinate with Care Co-ordinators and Recruitment teams to identify suitable Support Workers for new client needs.
  • Take notes and coordinate action points for Mobilisation and BD pipeline meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the Sales and Marketing team as needed.
  • Assist the Commercial Director with the annual client review process, ensuring coordination across teams.
  • Work with and update the CRM system to optimise its functionality and improve use.
  • Regular reconciliation between systems and spreadsheets to facilitate management reporting.
  • Support the Client Services Advisor and assist with diary management for the Commercial Director.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a commercial or business development environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Immediately available to start on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent placement.
