Sanza Teaching Agency is working with a special needs school in Ealing to recruit a Specialist Teaching Assistant to support lower secondary students with behavioural needs.

The role involves working with pupils who may display extreme or impulsive behaviour. We are seeking candidates with experience of supporting young people with challenging behaviour in a school, youth support, or social care setting. A calm, consistent approach and the ability to build trust are essential.

You will work as part of an established team, focusing on helping students develop strategies to manage challenges in school life.

Responsibilities
  • Work with pupils who may display extreme or impulsive behaviour in a school setting.

  • Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, term time only
