Location: Home based, anywhere in the UK
Reporting To: Switchboard Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
Contract Type: 12 Month FTC
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Switchboard Operator to join the dedicated team. Serving as the primary point of contact for 12 client sites, the Switchboard is recognised as a centre of excellence, setting the standard for telephony operations.
