About you

You will be a confident and experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in residential development and large-scale masterplanning. Ideally, you will come from a consultancy, client-side or development background and be adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Degree in a construction-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of delivering residential or regeneration projects, ideally including large-scale masterplans
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, challenging environments

Benefits include:
