We are committed to providing rehabilitation, medical care, and education to children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities. Our national specialist centre in Tadworth, Surrey, works closely with the NHS and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and families we support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (Band 5) and Children's Support Assistants.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care across a 24-hour period.
  • Conduct assessments, care planning, and evaluations in collaboration with families.
  • Support and develop your team to ensure evidence-based practice.
  • Manage medication administration and adhere to guidelines.
  • Participate in research and audit processes to improve care standards.
  • Deputise for the House Manager when required.
