We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Coverage – UK Intermediary. This role is located in London.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of accounts and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to boost new investment business from IFAs and wealth managers.
• Handle a heavily telephone-based role with ambitious targets for outbound calling levels.
• Monitor BNY market share on Financial Clarity and positions for advisory firms.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and document meetings.
• Follow up on campaigns and regional events, assist with national event activities, and selected regional work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in client relationship management, especially in distributing investment products.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK market, including regulatory changes and other product providers.
• Ability to clearly and effectively present BNY Mellon IM products and solutions to various client types.
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
• Professional telephone manner, strong listening and questioning skills, and the ability to lead discussions and influence others.
• Interest in and understanding of investments and economics.
