A large healthcare organization in Scotland seeks an experienced administrator to support the Acute Pharmacy Services Gastroenterology Team. The role includes arranging clinic schedules, diary management, and being the first point of contact for patient inquiries. Pharmacy Services is seeking to recruit a high calibre administrator to work in the central pharmacy team, the role will predominantly support the Acute Pharmacy Services Gastroenterology Team.
Diplomacy, discretion and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and professions both internally and externally to the organisation are essential qualities for this post.
You must show competence in the use of a range of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualification e.g. ECDL. You should have knowledge of working in an office environment and operation of office equipment and systems. This may be through formal training or work experience. The ability to appropriately prioritise and manage a busy and varied workload is a prerequisite for the job.
