A leading open-core software company is seeking a Sales Commissions Analyst to support global commission programs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in SaaS and proficiency in Xactly Incent. Responsibilities include calculating commissions and ensuring accurate transaction credits. The position is remote with a salary range of $70,000 - $150,000 USD based on location.

The Sales Commissions Analyst provides support to GitLab's commissions programs globally. This requires someone to be extremely well organized, analytical and detail-oriented. The Commission Analyst reports to our Senior Manager, Sales Commissions.
The Sales Commissions team is responsible to incentivize the field to close business, process commissions in an accurate and timely fashion to help GitLab achieve its goals. We aim to be viewed as a trusted business partner.

Salary range varies by location; California/Colorado/Hawaii/New Jersey/New York/Washington/DC/Illinois/Minnesota pay range: $70,000 - $150,000 USD. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.
