• As a Registered Nurse - Nights, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support throughout the night.
• You\'ll work closely with a skilled care team, overseeing clinical tasks and responding to residents\' needs with professionalism and compassion.
• Delivering safe and effective nursing care during night shifts
• Administering medications and carrying out clinical procedures
• Monitoring and recording observations, care notes, and handovers
• Supporting and guiding night care staff, ensuring high standards of care
• Responding to emergencies and managing care plans as needed
• Ensuring residents\' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
