Aim

Our overall aim is to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, as part of the NHS Long term plan. The benefits of keeping patients in their own homes are numerous and varied, from reducing Healthcare Acquired Infections, to promoting ongoing independence.

  • Late shift: 12:00 to 22:00
  • Some shifts may also start at 08:00, with finishing times adjusted accordingly (e.g., 18:00 for an early shift and 21:00 for a long day).

The Trust also offers flexible working opportunities.
