The Role

We are seeking a strategic, client-focused professional to assess business needs, manage insurer relationships, structure and price bespoke insurance solutions, and drive placement strategies across global markets. The candidate will ensure compliance with internal standards and utilize broking systems effectively.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of insurance markets, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver tailored client solutions in a fast-paced, international environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding clients’ or prospects’ business, opportunities, problems, and key issues.
• Managing relationships and negotiating placements with the insurance market.
• Collaborating with Account Executives and Sales Teams to determine suitable solutions, including structuring and pricing deals.
• Identifying appropriate markets and developing placing strategies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with underwriters in London and international markets.
• Gaining experience in pricing and designing conceptual insurance programmes.
• Ensuring compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures.
• Maintaining good communication and relationships with colleagues across the organization.
• Utilizing all relevant systems, including Broking Platform, as an expert real-time user.
