Project Manager - Moves & Relocations

Location: Oldbury (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 2 years

Start Date: January 2026

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Hours: Full time

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end move and relocation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, providing clear communication and updates throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee fit-out works and ensure all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and motivate people involved in the relocation process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Identify risks and issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven track record in move management and relocation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in fit-out projects and facilities-related environments.
  • Excellent organisational and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
