Overview

All Hours Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator. This is a permanent position (Leicester). You will be working with a UK trusted market leader who are dedicated to architectural excellence, offering ironmongery, doorsets, access control and security solutions. The company is known as one of the market leaders, innovators and strongest performers, providing high-standard, innovative and bespoke architectural solutions to the construction industry, and extending services with Security. They are an installer of integrated access control systems and automatic door operators, leading the industry since 2006.

Responsibilities
  • Work with current clients to begin with.
  • Quoting projects, uploading projects on the sales system and ordering materials.
  • Write risk and method statements, mark drawings and upload information to the mobile engineers.
  • Manage projects and schedule labour to ensure the job remains on schedule.
  • Compile information for handover, create completion certificates, O+M manuals and handover documents.
  • Communicate between customers, suppliers and engineers; be confident on the telephone with excellent communication skills.
Working hours & location

This role is Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, office based.

Salary

Salary from £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
