About the Role

GTS are looking for a highly organised Production Planner to keep our clients manufacturing operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate schedules, materials, and deliveries — making sure customers get their orders on time while production runs efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning, problem-solving, and working with multiple teams to get things done.

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Update Progress Plus database with accurate production information.
  • Liaise with team leaders and departments to address workflow issues.
  • Coordinate materials, tooling, and BOM availability to avoid production delays.
  • Work with customers on delivery dates and update them on progress.
  • Monitor production stages from kit cutting to inspection and dispatch.
  • Ensure inspection processes are scheduled and completed on time.
  • Organise dispatch and delivery of goods when required.
  • Attend daily production meetings and provide status updates.

About You

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in production planning or scheduling (manufacturing ).
  • Strong communication skills for dealing with both internal teams and customers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to adapt quickly when schedules change.
  • IT skills, ideally with ERP/MRP systems.
