Production Operative, Leeds

Temp to Perm, £12.73p/hr, Days, 39hrs per week, Mon-Fri

( Lagger / Lagger / Lagger)

Our client is looking to recruit Production Operatives for temporary positions, immediate starts.

The successful candidates MUST have previous experience in a production environment.

You will be required to complete Lagging (cutting out and fitting material to insulate pipes) on all external and internal pipes of a variety of different products/units. These can come in varying sizes and thicknesses. Previous experience lagging is not essential for this role as full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Complete lagging on external and internal pipes of various products/units, using templates to mark lagging and cutting out templates
• Glue and fit lagging over the pipes; move units around the area; perform ad hoc duties as required

Key skills / Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment (not essential for lagging, full training provided)
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and dexterous
• Not afraid of repeated tasks/jobs

Hours and Pay

Hours: 6am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 11.40am Friday = 39 hours per week.

£12.73 per hour, overtime will be available during busy periods paid at time + one.
