Job summary

What We\'re Looking For:

• Knowledge and Skills:
  • A deep understanding of students with complex needs and SEND.
  • Familiarity with the national curriculum and experience with curriculum development for pupils with SEND.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to remain calm and reflective in a challenging environment.
  • A proven track record of working on your own initiative, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience and Qualifications:
  • A PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status, or an equivalent teaching qualification is essential.
  • Experience working in a special school, particularly with pupils with autism, is desirable.
  • Experience successfully delivering a differentiated curriculum is also desirable.
