Job description

This is an opportunity to work at a Legal 500 rated firm with offices in London and the regions. The firm is renowned for its property work and has an opportunity for a Planning solicitor or partner to join their established team.

The firm has a diverse range of property clients, including developers, investors, and retail operators.

Ideally, you will have gained experience in a London or strong regional firm and possess knowledge of S106 agreements, highway agreements, and both contentious and non-contentious planning law. Experience in business and client development is also desirable.

Experience in managing or training junior staff would be of interest but is not essential. The ability to work across commercial and residential teams is also valued. Entrepreneurial skills are key, as you will have the opportunity to grow the planning/property team and create your own department.
