A leading global media company is seeking an Operations Engineer for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role involves 24/7 operational support, incident management, and stakeholder communication across various platforms. Candidates should have experience with broadcast systems and ticketing processes. A relevant technical qualification is desirable, and this role will require the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a dynamic environment.
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £40,000 - £50,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The Operations Engineers role will provide 24/7 operational support, incident management and stakeholder communication for a range of BBC platforms and services.
We provide Service Management for a range of Studios services and applications. This includes vendor management, incident support and deploying service upgrades.
