Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in Ocean Freight Import Operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and INCOTERMS.
• Experience with both FCL and LCL shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean freight import shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines and carriers.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading.
• Ensure accurate customs entries and compliance with import regulations.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Resolve shipment delays and discrepancies.
