Role overview

As Night Manager, you will be the senior presence on duty after dark, overseeing the smooth running of the hotel while most of the team sleeps.

You’ll manage a small but dedicated night team, ensure the safety and comfort of guests, handle late arrivals and early departures, and carry out nightly financial and operational checks. By morning, thanks to you, the hotel is spotless, secure, and perfectly prepared for another day of exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Be involved with the management and all guest services duties and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running reception desk during the night shift
  • Deal with guest queries and requests efficiently and ensure this is carried out through your team
  • Be highly organised with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • Be a good team player, as well as able to work on your own initiative when necessary and have strong management and leadership skills
